Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 18, 2026
Lolo Growth (“we,” “us”) builds websites and provides local marketing services from Dripping Springs, Texas. This policy explains what information we collect on lologrowth.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it — in plain language.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us:
- Scan and form submissions. When you run the free scan or fill out a form (contact, intake, or a client update request), we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, business name and type, location, website, and your message.
- Business listing data. When you select your business in the scan, we look up that listing through Google’s Places service and fetch your public website to grade it. We only look up the business you pick.
- Basic technical logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs, like any website. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To run your scan and email you the results.
- To respond when you contact us and to provide services you’ve asked for.
- To keep track of leads and clients in our own private dashboard.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers. Ever.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored securely with our database provider (Supabase). Emails are sent through our email provider (Postmark). Business lookups use Google’s Places service, which is governed by Google’s privacy policy. These providers process data on our behalf and don’t get to use it for their own purposes.
Cookies
The public site sets no tracking cookies. One functional cookie exists solely to keep our own team signed in to the admin dashboard — it never touches visitors.
If you run a scan, we email you your scorecard and may follow up about it. We don’t send spam, and you can tell us to stop anytime by replying or emailing hello@lologrowth.com.
Your choices
Want to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted? Email hello@lologrowth.comand we’ll take care of it. We keep information only as long as it’s useful for serving you.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses and adults; they are not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes to how we handle your data will be called out plainly.
