Terms of Service
Last updated: September 18, 2026
These terms cover your use of lologrowth.com and the services provided by Lolo Growth of Dripping Springs, Texas. By using the site or hiring us, you agree to them. We’ve kept them short and honest.
What we do
We design and build websites for local businesses and personal brands, offered in build tiers quoted before any work starts, and we provide optional monthly care & management (website care, listings and Google Business Profile management, reviews, and related services). We also offer a free automated scan that grades a business’s online visibility.
The free scan
The scan is an automated, informational tool. It grades the business listing you select using data from Google’s Places service and your public website at the time of the scan. It’s a snapshot, not a guarantee, an audit, or professional advice — data sources can be incomplete or out of date. If the results look off, tell us and we’ll look into it.
Pricing, billing, and no contracts
- Build work is quoted up front, in writing, before it begins.
- Monthly care & management is billed monthly, scoped to what you choose.
- No contracts. You can cancel any monthly plan at any time; cancellation stops future billing. Amounts already billed for work performed aren’t refunded, but there are no exit fees and no lock-in.
Timelines
For standard builds we target going live in under 10 days from kickoff. That depends on receiving your materials (logo, photos, business details) promptly; larger custom projects get their own written timeline.
Who owns what
- You ownyour content, your domain, and your brand — always.
- We host and maintain the site’s code as part of an active care plan. If you leave, we’ll help you migrate your content wherever you want to go.
Playing fair
Don’t misuse the site: no scraping, no automated abuse of the scan, no attempts to break in, and only scan businesses you represent or have a legitimate interest in.
Third-party services
Parts of the service rely on providers like Google (business listing data), our hosting, database, and email providers, and payment processors for invoices. We choose them carefully but don’t control them, and their outages aren’t ours to fix — though we’ll always try to help.
Liability
Free tools are provided “as is.” For paid work, our total liability is limited to the amounts you actually paid us for the work in question, and neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
If we update these terms, we’ll change this page and the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
